Clio's newest addition to its minimalist loft line up, Loft 3 is Large and in charge, with over 110m2 of chilling space. .

This second floor Loft has an oversized living area with huge sofa, dining and kitchen area.

The entertainment system is as good as it gets with over 60 channels seen on an HD Sony LCD and Blu-ray player, complete with 5.1 dolby surround sound and ipod dock.

Clio also supplies a library of imported original Blu-ray disks, and all the latest DVD's

The dining table is constructed from a single piece of massive wood, balancing on a solitary polished concrete leg,

The kitchenette is cast from polished concrete and includes all you need to cook up some snacks, and glasses and cutlery/crockery for most occasions.

150liter fridge includes reasonably priced maxi bar and ice cubes for those who choose to have a vodka over a cold Bintang !

The minimalist bedroom features 32" Sony LCD and DVD player, high end king coil mattress and safety box.
